Ingredients:
  • Steak
  • 1 cup soy
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • several cloves garlic
  • red pepper flakes
  • pepper
Directions:
Slightly freeze meat to make easier to slice. Slice thin against grain.

Combine marinade ingredients. Marinade sliced meat in ziplock bag several hours in fridge or overnight.

Lay meat on dehydrator on low setting for several hours.
